Skoda Karoq: A New Compact SUV
The Skoda car brand has distinguished itself from its competitors by offering more practical, economical and better equipped cars. One of its latest models, the Skoda Karoq is a compact SUV very similar to the SEAT Ateca, in terms of platform and engines.
Exterior design
The car is built at the Skoda factory in Kvasiny, Czech Republic, the Skoda Karoq. It has five doors, Full LED headlights and a darkened rear windshield.
In addition, this model integrates wheels depending on the chosen engine, which can be 16 or 17 inches. On the other hand, it is 4.38 meters long, with a 521-liter boot, considered one of the widest in the segment.

The Skoda Karoq has two engines available depending on the model of your preference: gasoline or diesel. In gasoline, the engine available for this car is the 1.0 TSI with 115 hp.
In addition, it is complemented by the 150 hp 1.5 TSI EVO, different from the one used by the SEAT Ateca. Also, this type of engine has a cylinder deactivation system, partial mode.
On the other hand, the diesel engine is composed of a 1.6 TDI of access with a power of 116 CV ; this version precedes two 2.0 TDI units with a power of 150 hp and another of 190 hp.
All available motors are synchronous, which means that the transmission is manual, and has a 6-speed, and a 7-speed double clutch. The seven-speed is a new generation DSG gearbox, with greater efficiency in gearboxes and oil-bathed clutches.

The Skoda Karoq, being part of the Compact SUV category, has an approximate price of 18,900 euros. However, the final price will depend on the power of the model that is chosen. The Skoda Karoq with a 1.0 TSI engine from 20,250 euros, and the one with the 1.6 TDI engine comes out at 21,300 euros.
