This preparation should be consumed daily for a month. It will help you lose about 5 kg, if you follow a healthy diet, do sports and drink plenty of water (2 l per day). Boil a teaspoon of flax seeds in a cup of water. The mixture is ready when it acquires a viscous consistency. Strain the liquid and drink it before breakfast. Prepare only the amount needed for one day. Be careful: because it has a laxative effect, you will go to the bathroom more often.
